HEARTY,HEALTHY DANGEROUSLY DELICIOUS SMOOTHIE RECIPE









Ingredients:

2 frozen bananas
1 handful of goji berries
1 tablespoon of flax seeds


Half a cup of raw muesli (no added sugar)(
Muesli is a popular breakfast meal based on uncooked rolled oats and other products based on grain, fresh or dried fruits, nuts)
Half a cup of water or rice milk
Half to a full punnet of blueberries
1 tablespoon of organic peanut butter or other nut butter



Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for half a minute until you reach a smooth consistency. Add more water if desired.

Serves 2
